Talk to the scientist in the Labs of the league hub. You pick three stops one after another, each a route from Emerald or a Pokemon Center, then face a den Pokemon. Your own party battles.

At the far end of each route a guide shows where you can go next, with the type of Pokemon you will mostly meet on each route and whether it is calm, average or tough.

On a run your party keeps its HP, PP and status from one battle to the next. A Pokemon that faints sits out until you heal it.

Every run has a Pokemon Center among the stops you can pick. Talk to the nurse at the counter to heal your whole party and fill your Healing Flask.

Every run starts with a Healing Flask of three uses. Choose Run in the Start menu to see your party, then use the flask to heal one Pokemon fully between battles.

Balls work better on a run's routes until you have all eight badges, and most of all while you have few. Every Pokemon you catch goes straight to your collection. Your first three runs each day have better shiny odds.

Now and then a run has a World Quest Pikachu waiting on one of its routes.

Leave a run whenever you like with Retire on the Start menu. Everything you caught stays yours.

When a run ends, a card shows how it went: the rooms you went through, what you caught and, if your party was beaten, which Pokemon did it.

Almost every move plays its full battle animation, the ones from after Emerald too. Present, Return, Weather Ball and Rollout play out the way the battle went.

The Battle Tower now rises past the top of the screen.

Staff Cloaks and Staff Hoods are free for Ravens staff, in Discord and in the hub. Everyone else sees them marked Staff only, and anyone who bought one before keeps it.
