Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 30, 2026

This policy explains what the Ravens website and the Raven-chan Discord bot store, why, and how you can have it removed. We keep the data footprint small and never sell it.

What we collect

We only store what the features you use actually need:

We do not ask for or store passwords, email addresses, payment details, or your AQW account credentials.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, run advertising on it, or share it with third parties except the infrastructure needed to run the service (for example, Discord itself, GitHub for bug reports, and Patreon for supporter subscriptions if you link one).

How long we keep it

Feature data is kept while your account is active in the community. Approved submissions remain public until you or staff remove them. Sign-in sessions are short-lived. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Removing your data

You can ask us to remove the data tied to your Discord account at any time: linked characters, bot activity data, and your submissions. A Patreon link can likewise be removed on request; cancelling your pledge on Patreon already ends any premium it granted.

The simplest way to reach the team, including for any data request described above, is the Ravens Discord. Open a ticket or message a staff member and we'll help.

Children

The service follows Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to meet Discord's minimum age. It is not directed at children below that age.

Changes

If we make a meaningful change to this policy we'll update the date above and announce it in the Ravens Discord.
