Two servers, one channel

A tunnel links a channel here to a channel in another server, and the two become one room. Everyone keeps their own name and picture, replies notify the person they answer, and a mod deleting something takes it out of every server it reached. Raven-chan and Omni carry it between them, so a Ravens channel can be linked to a server neither of them shares. Meanwhile the AI chat learned to see pictures, answer real AQW questions and keep track of what is going on around her.

Cross-server chat

Mods set it up with /tunnel. Everything else is just talking.

Link a channel to another server

A mod runs /tunnel create and gets a short code. A mod in the other server runs /tunnel join with it, and from then on anything said in either channel appears in the other. Up to ten channels can share one tunnel, and /tunnel info says who yours currently reaches.

It reads like a conversation, not a log

Messages arrive wearing the name, picture and server of whoever wrote them. Pictures and files come across as real attachments rather than links that expire. Replies carry a quote of what they answer and notify that person, and editing or deleting a message updates it everywhere it went.

Your server stays yours

Nothing arriving through a tunnel can ping your server: the only notification it can send is to somebody being replied to. Invite links are stripped on the way in unless your mods allow them, /tunnel block keeps one person out of your server without affecting anyone else, and /tunnel leave is instant and needs nobody else to agree.

She can see, and she knows things

In servers where a mod has switched the AI chat on.

Show her a picture

Reply to a render, a catch card or a screenshot and ask her about it, and she actually looks. She can tell a picture the bot drew from one you made yourself, so she talks about what is in it rather than complimenting your art.

Real AQW answers

Ask about a class, a farm or an item and she answers from the community guides rather than from a command list, and names the guide she used. Anything the guides do not cover she points at the AQW wiki instead of guessing.

She keeps up with the server

Ask what is on and she knows about running contests, tournaments, auctions, giveaways and events. Ask who is around and she reads the AFK list. Ask about your own feathers, bank, party, box, stocks or cooldowns and she answers from your real numbers. She writes your server emoji and links your channels properly.

Talking to her got easier

Answer her and she stays with you for about ninety seconds, so a back and forth does not need an @ on every line. Mods can give her a rolled chance to chime in uninvited, off unless they turn it on. She can also just react with an emoji when a reply would be noise.

For mods

Under /aichat and /mod.

Twenty two personalities

The dere family grew, and beside it sit a knight, a gremlin, a noir detective, an oracle, a scholar, a retail worker, plus sweet and deadpan for a bot with no bit at all. Sepulchure is the one AQW character: he shouts everything and calls your Pokemon box a menagerie of beasts, and the help underneath is still real.

One panel, and a real bill

/aichat panel puts the switch, the personality, the lore editor and the daily cap in one place, and the lore box opens with what is already written so you can add to it rather than replace it. /aichat status shows what she has actually cost today in tokens, not just how many times she answered.

Muting a channel now mutes its threads

Blocking a feature in a channel used to leave every thread underneath it unblocked, so spawns, XP and the ambient replies carried on inside a channel you had switched them off in. A block covers the threads under it.

Elsewhere

Change your career

The Resignation Letter in the shop lets you switch the career path /work follows, instead of being stuck with the first one you picked.

Evolving is safe again

An evolution that could not finish used to consume the item anyway. Nothing is spent now until the outcome is certain.
