Avatar shop and dressing room in the league hub

The league hub has an avatar shop and a dressing room, its battles draw properly on phones, and a costume with no shiny art of its own can no longer turn up shiny.

- The league hub has an avatar shop in the Marts and a dressing room on the Start menu. A look you save there is your look in Discord and on the site too.
- Battles in the league hub draw properly on phones now. The text box, health boxes and menus always show.
- A costume with no shiny art of its own no longer turns up shiny. A shiny Pokemon in one shows a sparkle on its art.

**League hub**

Avatar shop: The vendor in the back tent of the Marts sells everything /avatarshop sells, at the same prices, paid from the same feathers and Battle Points. Pick an item to see it on your trainer before you buy it.

Dressing room: Open Avatar on the Start menu, or ask the vendor, to change your outfit, hat, face, accessory, hair, ground mount and sea mount. Save, and everyone in the hub sees your new look straight away.

Battles on phones: The text box, health boxes and menus always show.

Moving Pokemon: On the box screen, drag a Pokemon to any place in your party or boxes, with a mouse or a finger. Hold it over the next or previous box to turn the box. In the Start menu's party list, drag to change the order.

Followers: Costumed followers no longer lean off their tile.

Install it: Your browser can install the hub as an app, on a phone or a computer.

**Shiny Pokemon**

Shiny costumes: A costume with no shiny art of its own can no longer turn up shiny, from a spawn, a boss, Team Rocket or /purify. A costumed Pokemon that is already shiny stays shiny and shows a sparkle on its art, in Discord, in the hub and on the site.

New shiny art: Mega Eelektross, Froslass, Greninja and Hawlucha, the nine Halloween Furfrou, and Christmas Pikachu and Raichu.

Shiny cards: Inspect, contest, candy and fuse cards show a shiny Pokemon's shiny art.

Battle pictures: Each Pokemon in a battle is drawn in its own costume and shiny colours, after a switch-in or a form change too, and a shiny Pokemon on a trainer's team looks shiny. A costume no longer turns up on the next Pokemon of the same species.
